Separate technical access from legal permission
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, sections 1, 2 and 5โ7, establishes the federal framework. MeitYโs advisory dated 9 April 2026 reiterates the prohibition and warns against enabling blocked or VPN access. A foreign licence, APK, mirror, rupee balance or successful payment does not answer the India legal question.

Common questions
Is there an official standalone Aviator APK?
No. Original SPRIBE Aviator runs inside compatible operator apps and mobile websites.
How do I confirm the original game?
Open the game information and verify that the provider is SPRIBE. A similar plane or crash interface is not proof.
Does an app listing prove India access?
No. A directory page, APK or login screen does not confirm current account eligibility, safety or legal permission.
Are INR and UPI logos enough?
No. They do not prove account availability, withdrawal support, recipient identity or legality.
Should I use a VPN or mirror if a route is blocked?
No. Do not bypass a block with a VPN, mirror or replacement APK; each adds legal and impersonation risk.
Can an app predict the next round?
No. Statistics, automation and completed-round verification do not expose the next multiplier.
